Falmouth boat launch parking lot access is where we started. We met some 80 year old people that also had trikes and one with an e-bike. They were very talkative. They were farmers in the past. They had their trikes modified for their health. They were very curious about our Da Brim hat attachments. They were the first of two who asked about the hats on this day.
The ride was slow and nice. I worked out the day before so I was just going around 10 mph.
We went to the White Cliffs of Conoy. When we were on the way back we stopped at the park to have water and a protein bar. My chain came off between 10 and 11 gears. There were a lot of honey sickle that we could smell on the sides of the road. I heard a tree falling and wasn’t sure where it was. We thought it was over and it started cracking and falling more, Dad yelled, “Keep going!” and I peddled as hard as I could from a stop in 11th gear. We were fine, and we told people riding the other way to watch out for the falling tree.
We ate at McCleary’s , shrimp basket , wings, celery, I had corn chowder with bacon and cheese with diet coke. The ride home was nice. I have been driving a lot more in my truck so I went driving with my mom afterwards.
