Yesterday I had a horrible stomach/intestine virus or something. I was puking all morning and my entire body hurt very badly. Today, my abdomen still hurts and my back a bit, but I got up at 6am after a lot of wild dreams, and I ate normal breakfast and coffee like I normally do. I took all the medicine, I took fiber, I did studying that I normally do, but I feel a bit off.

I need to decide how many days to wait before I go back to BJJ now, that is the hard part. Some are saying 2-3 days, some 10 days. Some say they wait until they are symptom free and feeling good 100% then they go a day after that just to make sure. I might be waiting 10 days here because the virus was pretty bad yesterday.

I calculated that 2 a week would be about 48 classes for 6 months, that seems to be the “wall” that people are talking about, just coming in for 6 months at basically 1 a week would be half this, maybe wouldn’t be considered breaking through the wall. I think I will keep taking it slow because of my health and I will increase to 2 bjj eventually (one judo) and see what I can do from there when I get leaner. 

I am losing about 2 lbs a week I think, it won’t take long to get lower. The claims are confusing with the numbers of calories because people claim different things about BMR calorie intake. I am going down so I don’t think I should change or try to go faster at all. Aiming for 2 lbs a week loss is what is suggested by my doctor. 10% every 3 months I think is what he said. I even have it written down on his post-it note. In July I should weigh 28.4 less pounds. That will put me at 255.6.

I still feel off like I have something in my chest. I am tired and still have some intestinal problems. I want to get back to practice, but I refuse to go if I can make others sick. I think I need to wait until at least next week. I don’t think I am contagious, but I think my body feels tired, and I will be woozy if I go in too soon.
